MONDAY NIGHT CARE GROUPS
Let’s face it, life has its ups and downs. We all find ourselves amidst trials and difficulties and we are here to support you when times are tough. Care Groups are safe, confidential, and biblically-based support groups where you can walk through the changes of life with others. Care Groups offered at Friends Church include: divorce, grief, cancer, employment, parenting, relationships and more.
A blended family presents a unique set of dynamics that are challenging at best. “The Smart Stepfamily” is an 8-week class designed to help your journey with usable solutions for everyday living, practical tips for stepfamily parenting, and ways to strengthen your marriage.
Setting limits, saying no, and taking care of ourselves can be extremely difficult when we have poor boundaries. Boundaries: Setting Healthy Relationship Limits will provide you with practical tools based on biblical truths designed to enable you to establish effective personal boundaries with yourself and others.
Are you a Cancer survivor, diagnosed with cancer, or a friend or family member of someone in this battle? We invite you to join us on the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month for “Living Beyond Cancer” support group. This will be a time to share, ask questions, pray, and explore related medical/financial/emotional issues and more.
We have groups for adults, teens, and kids struggling with separation or divorce issues.
This 13-week class is designed to assist those dealing with the loss of a loved one.

Truth in the Mirror
Experience a new sense of self-acceptance in discovering your real image and becoming all God intended you to be. Discard the reflected, projected, damaged, stained, and false images that you carry. Learn to let go of people pleasing, useless comparisons of yourself to others, unrealistic ideals and expectations, shame, perfectionism, regret, and guilt.
