Follow the Step by Step Instructions below titled “End Recurring Donations”.
Our system does not store payment information (credit card or check routing information). It will store any contact information you add for all the members of your family who live at your address. When logged in with your user account, you can also see any past or future gifts as well as view and print your Donation Statement.

Step – by – Step Instructions

Create a New Account

  1. Click Here to go to the account creation page.
  2. Enter your email address and create a password.
  3. You will then receive an email immediately to verify your account.
  4. Click the link within the email to verify your information and login.

Once you’re in REALM, take a look around! You can update your contact info, manage your privacy settings, and much more.

New Recurring Donation

  1. Log In to your user profile (see above to create a user account first).
  2. Click Giving in the left menu.
  3. Click +Give to schedule a donation.
  4. Enter an amount, choose a fund, and select frequency that you prefer. You can add multiple funds if you desire.
  5. Enter your payment info or use a saved payment method.
  6. Click Give.

End Recurring Donation

For accounts setup BEFORE January 2018:

  1. Log In to your user profile.
  2. Click on “My Giving.”
  3. Under “My Recurring Gifts” click cancel.

For accounts setup AFTER January 2018:

  1. Log In to your user profile.
  2. Click Giving in the left menu.
  3. Click Schedule to view your scheduled donations.
  4. Click the three dots (more options) icon beside your schedule gift.
  5. Choose Cancel.
  6. Click Confirm.
