Meet Our Team

JHM Director

Dave went to the University of Arizona and Biola but it was a while ago and he only remembers bits and pieces. He spent time with CRU overseas as a campus missionary and what he values most about every mission trip, camp, event, and season of life are the relationships; the people. His true calling, however is karaoke. Working out is his therapy which also means he loves to eat. Jessica is his beautiful wife, Caleb and Seth are his two wild boys. He feels privileged to serve and connect your sons and daughters to Jesus and to grow God’s Kingdom.

JHM Life Group Associate

Alison is a Biola graduate who majored in Communications because of her love for people and it is that love that led her into ministry with Jr. Highers! She LOVES Coffee (like seriously loves it!), fresh flowers and the ocean. She is filled with joy in the presence of friendship, laughter, Jr. High girls and Brunch! She has a heart for students to connect to one other in community and is deeply passionate about finding the right fit for every Jr.Higher in Life Groups! She is always happy to be a resource for parents and students, so please don’t hesitate to reach out to her!

JHM Gatherings Associate

Blake is a graduate of Hope International University in Fullerton with a degree in Church Ministry. He’s passionate about serving the Church by working with students and showing them how God intends for them to belong in His Kingdom! A few other things that get Blake stoked are dried mangoes, high quality hangs w/ friends, and birthday dance parties.
